Football Recap: South Range Skates Past Barberton with Ease

South Range won the last time they faced Barberton and things went their way on Friday too. The Raiders took their matchup with ease, bagging a 42-7 win over the Magics. With the Raiders ahead 28-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

The victory made it two in a row for South Range and bumps their season record up to 2-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.0 points over those games. As for Barberton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

South Range and Barberton will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Raiders are set to face off against their familiar foe Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Barberton will square off against rival Cuyahoga Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
