Basketball Game Preview: Liberty Christian Lions vs. Tindley Tigers

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Liberty Christian Lions take on Tindley Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Liberty Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Liberty Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They blew past MTI School of Knowledge, posting an 83-28 victory. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 136th, while MTI School of Knowledge are ranked 459th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Tindley earned a 64-55 win over Indiana Math & Science Academy North on Tuesday.

Liberty Christian's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Tindley, their win bumped their record up to 8-15.

Liberty Christian strolled past Tindley in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 78-60. The rematch might be a little tougher for Liberty Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
