Bixby had won seven straight games dating back to last season and Carson Kirby did his part to make it eight on Friday. The Spartans took their contest with ease, bagging an 81-6 victory over the Moore Lions for which the team can thank Kirby, who threw for 307 yards and four TDs while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 71 yards and one score. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for four or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Bixby's record now sits at 5-0. As for Moore, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Bixby didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 64-7 win against Edmond North on the 9th. As for Moore, they will square off against Deer Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
