Basketball Recap: Anderson Valley Takes a Loss

Anderson Valley won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were dealt a 75-20 loss at the hands of the Mendocino Cardinals. Having soared to a lofty 60 points in the game before, the Panthers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Anderson Valley dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Mendocino, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Anderson Valley will be taking part in a tournament against Cloverdale at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mendocino, they will take on Technology in a tournament on Thursday.
