Fort Scott Christian Heights managed to slip by Training Center Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Crusaders lost 3-0 to Training Center Christian on Monday. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Fort Scott Christian Heights took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-19, 25-20.

Jazzy Karuiki was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had seven aces. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high.

Fort Scott Christian Heights' loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Training Center Christian, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-9-1.

Fort Scott Christian Heights will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Varsity Opponent on the 18th. As for Training Center Christian, they will venture away from home to square off against Eagle Heights Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
