Volleyball Recap: Chrisman Comes Up Short

Chrisman lost against Grain Valley back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bears came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Chrisman was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Grain Valley's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-12, 25-23.

Chrisman's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Grain Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Chrisman will square off against Grandview at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Grain Valley, they will take on Pleasant Hill at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
