Volleyball Recap: Warner Monarchs vs. Unity Christian Knights        
        
		
             Warner came tearing into  Saturday's  matchup with five straight wins  and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with  a   2-0  win over the Unity Christian Knights. For the Monarchs, this counts as revenge for the   2-1 defeat the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in September of 2016.
 Warner was dominant in the first set, but otherwise had just enough against a tough Unity Christian squad. The match finished with set scores of 25-10,  25-18.
  Libby Scepaniak was the offensive standout of the  contest as she  had six  digs and 12  assists. She is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 12 or more in the last seven games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Warner's victory bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Unity Christian,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 6-7 record.
 Coincidentally,  the two teams will both be playing Dakota Valley the next time they take the court. Unity Christian will head out to face Dakota Valley at 9:15  a.m.  on Saturday, while Warner will play them later in the day, at 8:00  a.m.
