Air Academy has gone 9-1 against Lewis-Palmer recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Air Academy Kadets will host the Lewis-Palmer Rangers at 5:30 p.m. Air Academy will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Thursday, Air Academy beat Lutheran 54-41. Given the Kadets' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Lions are ranked 77th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kinley Asp continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6 for 13 on her way to 17 points along with six rebounds and six steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Ramah Khammash was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 12 points and nine boards.

Air Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lutheran only racked up six assists.

Meanwhile, Lewis-Palmer came into Monday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Harrison 61-32 on Monday. The Rangers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Air Academy pushed their record up to 17-0 with the win, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.4 points per game. As for Lewis-Palmer, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.

Everything came up roses for Air Academy against Lewis-Palmer in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured a 66-38 win. Will Air Academy repeat their success, or does Lewis-Palmer have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
