After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Abington Heights, Scranton was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns by a score of 6-1. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered an 8-3 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Parker Woznick was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-3. Drew Leonori also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Scranton's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Wallenpaupack Area, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Scranton is set to take on their familiar foe Valley View at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Wallenpaupack Area will challenge rival Delaware Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
