            The Bend Lava Bears will take on the Pueblo Central Wildcats in a tournament  on Monday. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  run totals in their previous games.
On Thursday,  everything went Bend's way against McDaniel as Bend made off with  an  11-2 victory.
 Cole Cooper made a big impact no matter where he played. He  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Cooper was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-5 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Bend let  Lewis Knapp and  Marcio Silva run wild. Knapp  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4, while  Silva  scored two  runs and  stole  Two bases. while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaden Cooper, who  went 2-for-5 with three  RBI.
Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Pueblo Central). They blew past Northridge 18-7 on Tuesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Wildcats with their most commanding win of the  season.
 Jordan Arguello was a standout: he scored two  runs and  stole  Three bases. while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  stolen bases.  Brogan Golob also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen bases of the season.
 Pueblo Central  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .625. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Northridge only posted  an  OBP of  .448.
