Evan Moreno Delivers Electric Performance Vs Lorena
Starting off the list is Robinson's Evan Moreno, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moreno rushed for 205 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last four games he's played dating back to last season.
The victory was the third in a row for Robinson, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Moreno and Robinson are taking a road trip to square off against Connally at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jamarion Vincent Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Jamarion Vincent was a major factor in Connally's victory over China Spring on Friday. Vincent was excellent, rushing for 164 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (106.7). He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making four total tackles and defending two passes.
On the year, Vincent has thrown 5 touchdowns while averaging 60.8 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 35.33 rushing yards per game.

Jabarie Thornton Delivers Best Effort of Season
La Vega was led to victory by Jabarie Thornton, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Thornton picked up 161 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The win got La Vega back to even at 3-3. Thornton and La Vega will host China Spring on Friday.

The second Connally player making an appearance here is Braeden Ford, and for good reason. He rushed for 158 yards and a touchdown.

Bryson Roland Makes It Two for La Vega
Another La Vega player making an appearance on this list is Bryson Roland. He rushed for 114 yards and a touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 103 rushing yards dating back to last season.
On the season, Roland has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 33.2 receiving yards per game.
