Volleyball Recap: Minden Whippets vs. Fairbury Jeffs

Minden had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Fairbury Jeffs by a score of 3-1.
Minden had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-19, 26-24, 25-15.
Among those leading the charge was Makenna Anderson, who had 16 digs and five assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in September.
Minden was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive matchups.
