Volleyball Recap: Upper Columbia Academy Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Upper Columbia Academy took on Portland Adventist Academy on Friday. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Cougars. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Cougars when the teams met back in October of 2016, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Upper Columbia Academy and nudges their season record down to 5-9. As for Portland Adventist Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

Upper Columbia Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Columbia Adventist Academy on the 10th. As for Portland Adventist Academy, they will head out to take on Oregon Episcopal at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
