Knox had won three straight games and Myles McLaughlin did his part to make it four on Friday. The Redskins took down the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings 36-21 for which the team can thank McLaughlin, who rushed for 320 yards and five TDs. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 68 yards.

One reason for the win was Knox's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Cain Weber, Hunter Anderson, and Tucker Burns, who each picked up one sack apiece.

When it comes to explaining why Tippecanoe Valley lost, don't look at Wes Parker. Despite the final result, he rushed for 161 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries.

Knox's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Tippecanoe Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
