Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Wins Going Away Against Keokuk

Fairfield waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Keokuk Chiefs. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Trojans yet this season.

Fairfield's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Keokuk, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairfield will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Albia at 7:15 p.m. on the 16th. As for Keokuk, they will be playing at home against Danville at 7:15 p.m. on the 9th.
