After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Erie First Christian Academy, Mercyhurst Prep was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Titusville Rockets. The Lakers were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Rockets, so the Lakers were just returning the favor.

The win got Mercyhurst Prep back to even at 2-2. As for Titusville, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Mercyhurst Prep will venture away from home to square off against General McLane at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Titusville, they will challenge Seneca at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
