Preview: Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers vs. Centennial Titans
Lebanon Trail is on a three-game streak of home losses, Centennial a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers will take on the Centennial Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, everything went Lebanon Trail's way against Liberty as Lebanon Trail made off with a 39-18 victory.
Zach Hare looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 69 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
Meanwhile, Centennial strolled past Liberty with points to spare two weeks ago, taking the game 30-13. The win was just what Centennial needed coming off of a 42-0 loss in their prior contest.
Harry Stewart iii went supernova for Centennial, rushing for 169 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries. Another player making a difference was Jace Patton, who threw for 217 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes.
Centennial's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Leading the way was Jackson Hand and his two sacks.
Lebanon Trail's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Centennial, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.
Lebanon Trail came up short against Centennial in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, falling 14-10. Will Lebanon Trail have more luck at home instead of on the road?
