Mount Miguel extended the longest winning streak in Grossmont - Valley this week by beating Santana, 53-0. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.
The Sultans fell to Mount Miguel 53-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Owen Brown was a bright spot for Santana, as he caught 2 passes for 20 yards in the loss.
Jovon Richardson was the best wideout in the league this week as Shaun McDade's team topped the Sultans. Richardson racked up 3 receptions for 68 yards. Rashad Harper helped Mount Miguel's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 30 yards.
