Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Parkview Baptist). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Bourgeois Braves a 21-0 shutout on Thursday. Considering the Eagles have won four matches by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Parkview Baptist has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. Bourgeois is on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
