Basketball Recap: Flagstaff Beats Eastmark for Their Fourth Straight Victory

It's playoff time, and Flagstaff had no trouble coming through when it counted. They strolled past the Eastmark Firebirds with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 44-30. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Flagstaff was led to victory by Teagan Martin and Sunshine Begoody. Martin almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds, while Begoody shot 71% from the field en route to 13 points. That's the most boards Martin has posted since back in January.

Flagstaff's win bumped their record up to 26-7. As for Eastmark, they moved to 22-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Flagstaff nor Eastmark have any future games scheduled.
