Volleyball Recap: Saegertown Comes Up Short

Saegertown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cambridge Springs Devils. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Saegertown now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for Cambridge Springs, their win ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 3-5.

Coming up, Saegertown will face off against Eisenhower at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cambridge Springs, they will take on Portville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
