Baseball Recap: Petaluma Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Petaluma put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Redwood Giants by a score of 4-1. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 4-3 win the Giants walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.

Ben Vollmer was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Those two hits gave him a new career-high.

Petaluma's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Petaluma will head out to square off against Tamalpais at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Redwood, they will square off against Acalanes at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
