Baseball Recap: Van Horn Comes Up Short on the Road Against Crane

Van Horn kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 14-1 to the Crane Cranes. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

Van Horn saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Daniel Fodge, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Another was Gabriel Gonzalez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases.

Crane's victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
