Fleming Island entered their tilt with Clay on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Blue Devils 3-0. The Golden Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Blue Devils, too.

Lillie Eason paced Fleming Island's offense, picking up 14 kills. Eason got some help from Hazel Williams and her 16 assists. Lauren Brosky controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Despite the loss, Clay still got an impressive performance from Shiloh Marshall-Simmons, who had 16 digs and two assists.
Fleming Island's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Clay, their loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2.
Looking ahead, Fleming Island will square off against Bolles at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clay, they will take on Bishop Snyder at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
