Talawanda gave up the first runs on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They were the clear victors by a 14-8 margin over the Waynesville Spartans. The result was nothing new for the Brave, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.
Kylie Cobb made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over 4.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits.
