The win puts Williamson and Spartanburg Day in Thursday's semifinals against Christian Academy (Myrtle Beach), where they will have an opportunity to advance to their fourth consecutive state championship game.
Williamson, averaging over 37 points and 11 rebounds per game this season, led the program to titles in 2016 and 2017. The Griffins have notched 90 wins during the highlight king's four-year run in the program.
