Volleyball Recap: Berea-Midpark Comes Up Short

Berea-Midpark came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Avon Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-14, 25-12.

Berea-Midpark's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Avon, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Berea-Midpark is set to take on their familiar foe North Ridgeville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Avon will challenge rival Midview at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
