Alexander entered their tilt with Douglas County on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cougars have posted against the Tigers since August 10, 2023.

Alexander had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-19, 16-14.
