Volleyball Recap: Warner's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Warner came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wagner Red Raiders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Monarchs also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Jaycee Jung paced Warner's offense, picking up 11 kills. Jung got some help from Reagan Wood and her 11 assists. MaKenna Leidholt controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Warner's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Wagner, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Warner will venture away from home to face off against Webster at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wagner, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Kimball/White Lake on the 30th.
