Volleyball Recap: Eleanor Chandler's Big Game Can't Quite Lead St. Mary's Episcopal over Arlington + How To Watch

St. Mary's Episcopal lost against Arlington back in September of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Turkeys fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2. The Turkeys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Mary's Episcopal took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-21, 16-25, 25-21, 15-11.

St. Mary's Episcopal lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Eleanor Chandler, who had four digs and three aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 14 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

St. Mary's Episcopal now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Arlington, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Coming up, St. Mary's Episcopal will challenge Hutchison at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arlington, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Houston on the 27th.
