Basketball Recap: Richards Takes a Loss

Richards lost against Fayetteville back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Richards Panthers took a 51-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fayetteville Lions.

Richards' loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Fayetteville, they pushed their record up to 21-8 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richards will host Calvert at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Calvert will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Richards surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fayetteville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Victoria Cobra HomeSchool at 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday. Fayetteville is facing Victoria Cobra HomeSchool at the right time seeing as Victoria Cobra HomeSchool is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
