Softball Recap: Sandusky Wins Going Away Against Kingston

Sandusky barely beat Kingston the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wolves put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 19-5 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won nine matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Sandusky and bumps their season record up to 10-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Kingston, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sandusky will head out to square off against Cass City at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kingston, they will square off against Michigan Lutheran Seminary at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
