Volleyball Recap: Pocono Mountain West Comes Up Short

Pocono Mountain West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Nazareth Area Blue Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-17, 25-10.

Pocono Mountain West's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Nazareth Area, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pocono Mountain West will host Northampton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pocono Mountain West is facing Northampton at the right time seeing as Northampton is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Nazareth Area, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Louis E. Dieruff at 5:30 p.m. Louis E. Dieruff will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Nazareth Area surely won't give up without a fight.
