Mount Si had won four straight games and Hudson Moscrip did his part to make it five on Thursday. The Mount Si Wildcats came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 70-64 W against the Arlington Eagles with plenty of help from Moscrip, who shot 55% from the field en route to 15 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Drenden Knaevelsrud was another key player, putting up eight points and five boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last four games he's played.

When it comes to explaining why Arlington lost, don't look at Leyton Martin. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 41 points and 16 rebounds. That was a full 64.1% of Arlington's points, marking the fifth time in a row Martin has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Jake Willis, who had ten points.

Mount Si's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.2 points over those games. As for Arlington, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-6.
