Volleyball Recap: Legacy Christian Academy Starts Season with Win Against Stebbins

Legacy Christian Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. Everything went their way against the Stebbins Indians as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

The win didn't come easy: Stebbins scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-20.

Legacy Christian Academy can attribute much of their success to Marina Ankeney, who had 15 digs and two aces. That's the most aces Ankeney has posted since back in September of 2024.

Coming up, Legacy Christian Academy will take on Xenia at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Stebbins, they will face off against Fairborn at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Indians' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
