A Season-Best Effort from Dawson Martin Leads West Lafayette over Twin Lakes

Dawson Martin produced his most outstanding game to date while leading West Lafayette to the win on Friday. Martin rushed for 219 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.

Unfortunately for Twin Lakes, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Martin. Martin rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Indians duked it out back in October of 2023.

Hamilton Heights' win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5. Sigler and Hamilton Heights will take on West Lafayette on Friday.
