Softball Recap: Antelope's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Antelope was riding high fresh off their 15-4 takedown of Oakmont back in February, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans fell 7-4 to the Kennedy Cougars on Thursday. The loss put an end to the Titans' undefeated start to the season.

Antelope saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brooklynn Pruitt, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Another was Deanna Richardson, who scored two runs and stole two bases.

Having lost for the first time this season, Antelope fell to 2-1. As for Kennedy, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-6.

Antelope didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 22-1 victory against Grant on the 1st. As for Kennedy, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-5 defeat against Cordova on the 1st.
