Basketball Game Preview: O'Bannon Greenwaves vs. Leland Cubs

The O'Bannon Greenwaves will head out to face off against the Leland Cubs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. O'Bannon is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.6 points per game this season.

While O'Bannon didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took down Leland 37-18 on Wednesday. The Greenwaves' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

O'Bannon got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tylan Phillips out in front who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kentravion Castion, who earned eight points.

O'Bannon has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points per game. As for Leland, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
