Syrone McBeath put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August of 2024 on Friday. He rushed for 129 yards and a pair of scores on only 15 carries. He got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 74 yards.

Looking ahead, McBeath and St. Joseph Catholic will be playing at home against Magnolia Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Chiefs will enter the matchup having just beaten Marshall Academy, so the Bruins will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
