Gospel Light Christian came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 47-39 win over the Lee Park Prep Knights. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 55-48 back in January.

Isaac Watkins and Cole O' Donoghue certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Watkins posted 12 points in addition to six steals and five rebounds, while O' Donoghue went 5-for-10 on his way to 13 points and three steals.

Gospel Light Christian's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points over those games. As for Lee Park Prep, the defeat snapped their winning streak at ten games and leaves them with a 19-5 record.
