Volleyball Recap: Garinger Takes a Loss

Garinger was the 3-1 winner over West Mecklenburg when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Hawks on Thursday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Garinger's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for West Mecklenburg, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-9 and their overall record up to 4-18.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Garinger is set to face off against their familiar foe Hopewell at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, West Mecklenburg will challenge rival South Mecklenburg at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
