Soccer Recap: Southside Christian Takes a Loss

Southside Christian managed to keep up with Christ Church Episcopal until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Southside Christian Sabres came up short against the Christ Church Episcopal Cavaliers, falling 4-0. The Sabres have struggled against the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meetings.

Southside Christian now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Christ Church Episcopal, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

Coming up, Southside Christian will be playing at home against Powdersville at 7:00 p.m. on March 20th. As for Christ Church Episcopal, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-0 win against Palmetto on the 17th.
