Basketball Recap: Collins-Maxwell Takes a Loss

If Collins-Maxwell was feeling good fresh off their 77-52 takedown of Twin Cedars last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Collins-Maxwell fell 63-55 to the Lynnville-Sully Hawks on Thursday. Collins-Maxwell lost against Lynnville-Sully in their previous head to head back in February of 2019, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 75-37 score last time.

Collins-Maxwell's defeat dropped their record down to 19-5. As for Lynnville-Sully, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Collins-Maxwell nor Lynnville-Sully have any future games scheduled.
