Volleyball Recap: Crestview Wins Going Away Against Danville

Crestview had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Danville on Saturday. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Blue Devils.

While Crestview won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-10, 25-23.

Zoe Kuhn paced Crestview's offense, picking up ten kills. Kuhn got some help from Kloe Morrison and her 11 assists.

Crestview has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Danville, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Crestview will face off against Mapleton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Danville, they will square off against Cardington-Lincoln at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
