Softball Game Preview: Holton-Arms vs. Sidwell Friends Quakers

Holton-Arms will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against the Sidwell Friends Quakers at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Holton-Arms will be strutting in after a win while Sidwell Friends will be coming in after a loss.

Holton-Arms is headed out to face Sidwell Friends after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. Holton-Arms put the hurt on Maret with a sharp 15-0 victory two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, Sidwell Friends didn't have quite enough to beat National Cathedral on Tuesday and fell 5-4. The Quakers haven't had much luck with National Cathedral recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Holton-Arms took their win against Sidwell Friends in their previous matchup back in May of 2023 by a conclusive 8-0 score. Does Holton-Arms have another victory up their sleeve, or will Sidwell Friends turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
