They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 56-21 victory over Big Sandy. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Houston County has posted against Big Sandy since January 5, 2021.

When it comes to explaining why Big Sandy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Bailey Berry. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds. That was a full 52.4% of Big Sandy's points, marking the ninth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Big Sandy struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. They are winless (0-5) when they just don't pass the ball.

Houston County's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Big Sandy, their defeat was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-14.
