Football Recap: Byers Bulldogs vs. South Park Burros        
        
		
             Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Byers). They claimed a resounding  78-0 victory over the South Park Burros at home. Fans of the Bulldogs have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+  points.
 Byers got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Kaleb Willoughby out in front who rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also picked up 46 receiving yards and a touchdown. Willoughby also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D,  picking up  two  sacks and making five total tackles (3.0 for loss).  Gabe Price was in the mix  as well, providing Byers with two touchdowns.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Byers was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 306  rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South Park only rushed for -5.
 Byers wouldn't let South Park keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Byers can thank  Cristopher Papaianopol and  Cody Harris for forcing both of them.
 The  victory for Byers keeps them at an undefeated 5-0. As for South Park, they dropped their record down to 2-3 with the  defeat, which was their eighth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Byers will host Simla  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Byers' defense has only allowed 8.8  points per game  this season, so Simla's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for South Park, they will face off against Elbert at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Elbert is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 33.6  points per game  this season.
