Volleyball Recap: Lamar Has No Trouble Against Stockton

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Tuesday. Lamar blew past Stockton 3-0. Lamar hasn't had any issues with Stockton recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lamar was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-12, 25-6.

Sophia Haag paced Lamar's offense, picking up 14 kills. Haag got some help from Rowan Parks and her 16 assists. Calli Harris controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Lamar's win bumped their record up to 22-9-3. As for Stockton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-22-3.

Lamar has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Adrian on the 23rd. Stockton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
