Basketball Game Preview: Hackettstown Tigers vs. Hoboken Redwings

The Hackettstown Tigers and the Hoboken Redwings will round out the year against one another at at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Saturday, Hackettstown didn't have quite enough to beat Randolph and fell 38-36. The loss was the Tigers' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Hoboken ended up a good deal behind Ridge on Saturday and lost 67-52. The Redwings have struggled against the Red Devil recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Hoboken now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Hackettstown, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Hackettstown was taken down by Hoboken 64-35 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Can Hackettstown avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
