Basketball Recap: Morrison Comes Up Short

Morrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 27th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 41-32 to the Milledgeville Missiles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Missiles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-39 back in December of 2025.

Morrison's defeat dropped their record down to 0-22. As for Milledgeville, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Morrison is set to take on their familiar foe Ashton-Franklin Center at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Milledgeville will face off against rival Fulton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
